Skanska has signed the EUR54.56 million contract for the renovation of the Ekeberg (1580 m, 1580 m) and Svartdals (1460 m, 1700 m) tunnels on the E6/E18 in Oslo, Norway. The project consists mainly of electrical work, fire protection and improved cleaning solutions for the tunnels. In addition, new technical buildings will be built, evacuation routes will be upgraded, a new layer of asphalt will be added and all signs will be replaced.
