Prior information notice for an electro procurement, including the delivery of the technical equipment, installation and commissioning, for the project national road 13 Ryfast and E39 Eiganestunnelen. The procurements will be made as open or restricted tender contests. The provisional schedule for the procurements is: announcement for the 14.3 km submarine Ryfylke tunnel on 01.07.2015, with contract signing on 01.04.2016; announcement for the 3.7 km Eiganes tunnel and for the 5.5 km submarine Hundvag tunnel on 01.02.2016, with contract signing on 01.09.2016. Scheduled date for start of award procedures: 01.07.2015.

The information meeting will be held on 25.2.2015 at the Ryfast office in Tjodolvs gate 23, Stavanger, Norway. Register with sondre.storkersen@vegvesen.no before 23.02.2015.

During the meeting there will also be brief information on other major upcoming electro procurements for tunnels in the western region: E39 Radal-Svegatjorn, E39 Rogfast, E39 Stangeland-Hove and several existing tunnels where the electrotechnical equipment shall be upgraded.
