Project scope
Open tender for owner’s surveyor services to support the planning, procurement and implementation phases of the rehabilitation of the first tube (1TG) of the San Gottardo road tunnel on the N2 motorway.
The contract covers technical and commercial surveying services associated with the refurbishment of one of Europe’s longest road tunnels. Responsibilities include cost control, quantity surveying, contract management support, and monitoring during planning and construction phases of the rehabilitation programme. The works form part of the broader San Gottardo tunnel modernisation programme, which includes the construction of a second tube and the refurbishment of the original 1980 tunnel.
