If you are not satisfied with the content provided by tunnelbuilder ltd subscription service, you are entitled to a cancellation with a refund.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time but we can only issue a refund if:

- You are unable to access the content.
- You cancel within the first seven days of a monthly (or longer) subscription.
- We can only refund active subscriptions and are unable to refund subscriptions that have already ended.
- You will not be entitled cancel your subscription more than once over a year’s period from your first cancellation of a subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but please note you must cancel your subscription before it renews for a subsequent month/year in order to avoid being charged for that month or year.

There will be no refunds provided for any subscriptions that are cancelled mid-month. But in such a circumstance you will continue to have access to the full website until the end of that month has come to an end.
