Project Overview

Autostrade per l’Italia has launched an open European tender for the construction of the Sub‑Port Urban Tunnel crossing beneath the city of Genova – Lot B.

The project forms a major component of the city’s strategic mobility upgrade, delivering a new undersea/underground tunnel system beneath the port area to improve traffic flow and urban connectivity.

Lot B – Scope of Works

• €1,603,536.73 (Legality Protocol)

The tender covers the full execution of Lot B of the new sub‑port tunnel, including all associated civil works.

Options:

• Up to €160,674,379.01 for mandatory increases (quinto d’obbligo)
• €6,153,445.03 under Art. 120, paragraph 1(a)
