Tenderers must be a legally established company or a group of tenderers that must be a legally established company.
The requirement also applies to any entities that the tenderer will rely on, cf. point 4.1.
Documentation requirement:
1. A certificate issued by the Business Register or an equivalent certificate for statutory registration in the country where the tenderer or group of tenderers that together make up
the tenderer, cf. B2 point 4.2 are established, as well as an equivalent certificate for all
entities that the tenderer will use to be qualified, cf. B2 point 4.1.
2. Complete the table in chapter E1 point 3.2, and possibly complete points 3.3 and 3.4.

1. The tenderer’s Annual Financial Statements, Annual Report and auditor’s report for the last three years and newer information (quarterly accounts) of significance to the tenderer’s
