Postponed from 28.09.2017 to 05.10.2017 the deadline for the open invitation to tender, for the E39 Rogfast - contract E13 including engineering design and construction of a side tunnel with 2 sections side by side for 1,980 m in Arsvegen. The side tunnel shall be used for transportation during the contract of the E04 which involves  construction of the Boknafjord tunnel (27 km) towards Kvitsoy. The side tunnel, during the operation, will also be used as a ventilation tunnel. The duration of the contract is from 30/11/2017 to the 15/03/2019.

The E39 Rogfast project is divided into E02, E03, E04, E11, E13 and E06 contracts. The new E39 Rogfast is part of a ferry-free connection along the West coast, linking North and South Rogaland together. The development is to achieve a ferry-free crossing of Boknafjorden and to develop the E 39 between Stavanger and Trondheim.
