Veidekke has signed a NOK91.5 million contract to construct the Reinskar hydroelectric power plant in Gildeskaal. The contract includes construction of a power station, dam renovation and a 3 km-long 21 sq m tunnel system for Sjoefossen Energi. Work starts in August 2006 to be completed by December 2008.
