Wayss and Freytag reports on projects at Kloten airport using its 6.2 m-diameter Herrenknecht EPB in sand, silt, moraine and coarse gravel to install 6 m o.d. x 5.4 m i.d. segmental lining in 490 m-long baggage service tunnel and 1.784 km pedestrian passenger tunnel.
