The IG Belchen BSA composed by Bruniger + Co AG (Coira) and R. Bruniger AG (Ottenbach) secured the EUR9.70 million (CHF10.27 million) contract, excluding VAT, for engineering services for operating and safety equipment upgrading in the existing Belchen twin-tube tunnel on the N02, after completion in 2021 of the new 3.2 km long rehabilitation tunnel. The equipment includes Energy Supply, Lighting, Ventilation, Signalling, Surveillance, Communication, Control, Cable Systems (Infrastructure) and ancillary equipment.
