Competitive procedure with negotiation, deadline 14/01/2021, for engineering design services and construction of the new 2x3 lanes Strand - Ramstadsletta section, part of the E18 West Corridor project from Lysaker to Ramstadsletta. This approx. 2km E18 stretch includes a 1.3 km dual-bore tunnel T13 (1 210 m and 1 160 m respectively for the westbound and eastbound tubes) and a 0.7km open air section. The main work consists of tunnel and open air installations, watertight construction pit, electro installations, and technical traffic equipment, alterations to technical infrastructure, road alterations, and completion and commissioning.
