Postponed from 23.02.2018 to 26.02.2018 the deadline of the
negotiated invitation to tender for a new transmission line on the
Skullerud-Enebakkveien in Oslo. A 3,300 m long tunnel from Skullerud Water
Treatment Plant to Klemetsrud needs to be constructed. The tunnel should
