Prior information notice without call for competition, deadline 14/04/2021, for a project comprising construction of the motorway on Corridor Vc between the bridge Rudanka and the tunnel Putnikovo Brdo 2 and also between tunnel Putnikovo Brdo 2 - Medakovo - Doboj Bypass.

The proposed project, whose total estimated cost is EUR210 million, will require the procurement of:

•  construction of 5.6 km of new Motorway including twin tunnels Putnikovo Brdo 1 (1,595 m long) and Putnikovo Brdo 2 (700 m long, 150 m of which in FBiH) tunnels, 326 m bridge Rudanka over Bosna River and related local roads. This section includes the last 150 m of the tunnel that are located within the FBH. This works contract will be procured by the RS motorways, through EBRD-Client eProcurement Portal (ECEPP);

•  consulting services for works supervision; this works contract will be procured by the RS motorways, through ECEPP;

•   construction of the southern part of the Doboj Bypass between the tunnel Putnikovo brdo 2 and the Medakovo Interchange. This 8 km long section includes a bridge over the River Usora and Interchange Karuse/Usora. This works contract will be procured by the FBiH Motorways through ECEPP;

•   consulting services for works supervision; this supervision contract will be procured by the FBiH Motorways through ECEPP;

•   procurement of fuel control equipment for random testing of fuel used in heavy trucks to prevent usage of light fuel oil and blue diesel;

•   consultancy services for development and implementation of asset and inventory management systems in FBH motorways and RS motorways.

Tendering for the above contracts to be procured and implemented by the RS motorways are expected to begin in the second quarter of 2020 and being them switched from paper-based tender to ECEPP. You will find more information at https://ecepp.ebrd.com/
