On 7 June King Albert II inaugurated the new Diabolo railway infrastructure and reached by train the new Brussels Airport station. Diabolo is the brand-new railway connection between the Zaventem Bruxelles-National-Airport station and the new Schaerbeek - Mechelen line (line 25N) and the motorway E 19. The railway has a total length of 5,170 m and includes two single track 1,070 m length tunnels. Diabolo is the first public-private partnership on a railway line in Belgium and represents an investment of EUR678 million. For more click here, here and be/19. 25/12.
