Restricted procedure, deadline 22nd March, 2004 for design and build contract for dualling of the Parma-La Spezia railway between Solignano station and Osteriazza switch tower. Includes a 4,425 m-long single-tube dual-track tunnel, whereof 4,120 m will be bored. Height to crown is 5.2 m. Two drives using hydraulic hammers.
