The JV Kiewit-Shea Constructors secured the EUR643,830,988 (USD706,605,852) contract for construction of the Delaware-Rondout Aqueduct Bypass Tunnel (4.02 km-length). The other bidders were Bypass Tunnel Constructors at EUR768,239,087 (USD843,144,000) and JV Skanska-Traylor at EUR 830,888,626 (USD911,902,000).
