The consortium Wintim, composed by Implenia Schweiz AG from Glattpark (leader) and Marti AG from Zurich secured the EUR220.53 million (CHF205.39 million) contract, no subject to VAT, for the construction of the A1 Winterthur section (Lots 140 and 141) of the MehrSpur Zurich-Winterthur project. Lot 141 includes the construction of the shell structure for the northern end of the Brütten tunnel, consisting of two cut-and-cover tunnels and two access ramps, each with a total length of approximately 400 m. Lot 141 also includes the construction of a new Kempt River crossing, the Steigbach drainage channel, and the redevelopment of the Kempt River. For bid documents, please click here.
