The consortium INGE UBB MehrSpur A2-A5, composed by SC+P Sieber, Cassina + Partner AG (leader) and Basler & Hofmann AG secured the EUR5.58 million (CHF5.20 million), no subject to VAT, for the comprehensive environmental monitoring of the construction phase (SER). of the A2, A3, A4 and A5 sections of the MehrSpur Zurich - Winterthur project, which involves a new double-track line through the Bruttener tunnel and the expansion of the Dietlikon, Bassersdorf, Wallisellen, Wintherthut and Winterthur Töss stations. The project is divided into five sections: - Section 1 Winterthur - Section 2 Brüttener Tunnel (2x9km) - Section 3 Dietlikon - Section 4 Bassersdorf - Section 5 Wallisellen. This SER extends over the entire duration of the project, from the tender phase to commissioning and final completion of the project, including the execution of construction measures. The environmental monitoring of the construction phase (SER) plays a decisive role in ensuring that the Zurich – Winterthur multiple-track project is implemented in compliance with environmental standards and that negative environmental impacts can be minimised.
