These contracts are worth a total of just under SEK1 billion. Contract NL 33 is for the Albano rock tunnels, including 1.1 km of one-lane tunnels, 650 metres of two-lane tunnels and 500 metres of three-lane tunnels. The Albano rock tunnel will require approx. the blasting of 250,000 cubic metres of rock. Contract NL 34 refers to the Teknikhöjden rock tunnels, including 1.5 km of one-lane tunnels and 1,000 metres of two-lane tunnels. The Teknikhöjden rock tunnel will need to blast approx. 300,000 cubic metres of rock. Veidekke previously built the two working tunnels for these tunnels. The work includes jet grouting and shotcreting, construction of concrete bridges and other concrete structures underground, and road construction.
