Negotiated procedure with prior call for competition, deadline 13/01/2021, for the New Ostberga Tunnel (NOT). The new 2.1km stormwater tunnel to be built from the Sickla facility at Hammarbybacken to Saltsjon at Finnboda. It is called the New Ostberga Tunnel (NÖT), because it will be an extension of the stormwater tunnel from Ostberga. It will carry the stormwater from Enskedefaltet and Bjorkhagen.
