An open procedure has been launched for a national framework agreement covering tunnel maintenance works, specifically the dismantling and reinstallation of cladding panels across Italy’s road network. The contract is divided into six lots.
Project Overview
The tender, issued by ANAS S.p.A., concerns ongoing maintenance and refurbishment of road tunnels through the removal, replacement, and upgrading of internal cladding systems.
The framework will enable call-off contracts to be awarded directly to selected contractors as maintenance needs arise, without further competitive tendering.
Scope of Works
The framework covers:
- Dismantling of existing tunnel cladding panels
- Reinstallation and upgrading of lining systems
- Associated minor civil engineering works
- Interventions aimed at improving tunnel safety and durability
Contract Structure
To facilitate nationwide delivery, the framework is divided into six geographical lots:
- Lot 1: North-West
- Lot 2: North-East / Central-North
- Lot 3: Central
- Lot 4: Central-South
- Lot 5: South
- Lot 6: Islands (Sicily and Sardinia)
