Delayed $1.2 billion, 18 km-long line 3 now under construction will run from Taejo on west bank of the Nakdong river via Tokchon, Minam, and Yonsandong to Millak on Line 2. The 3 km western section is elevated, and the remainder underground. Sept 2000.
