Koridori Srbije from Belgrade is inviting expressions of interest (EOI), with a deadline of the 07/09/2020, for a consultant to be selected for implementation support and environmental and social Impact monitoring services for the construction of a 32.7km semi-motorway from Nis (Merosina) to Plocnik (Beloljin), Serbia. The new motorway will include approximately 5 grade-separated interchanges, 16 bridges, 8 overpasses/underpasses, 6 tunnels (total length approximately 2 670 m) and ancillary E&M equipment and infrastructure. Drainage systems and horizontal and vertical signalisation will also be provided. The works will be implemented through several contracts to be procured and built in a phased fashion over the period 2021 to 2025, with a single company or JV acting as the Engineer for all the works. The estimated project investment cost, including land expropriation and contingencies but excluding VAT, is EUR 255 million. The services are expected to start in Q2 2021 with an implementation period of 84 months. The estimated cost for the services is EUR3 million, excluding VAT.
