Scope of Works

Design and construction of Riyadh Metro Line 7, forming part of Phase 2 of the city’s metro expansion programme. Official bids for the project were received on 31 January 2026, and evaluation is currently underway.

Project Context

Line 7 represents a major new corridor within the Riyadh Metro network, supporting long-term urban development and mobility objectives. The tender follows the completion of the initial six-line network, including the opening of Line 3 (Orange Line) in January 2025. Upon completion of Phase 2, the total metro network length will exceed 240 km.
