Contract Description
The contracting authority has awarded a services contract for project supervision during the design and construction phases of Lot 2A Ditrău – Grințieș (km 0+000 – km 37+900). The contract forms part of Section II Miercurea Mirajului – Leghin (km 22+000 – km 181+195) of the Târgu Mureș – Târgu Neamț Motorway, a strategic infrastructure project connecting the regions of Moldova and Transylvania.

Scope of Services
The contract covers comprehensive engineering and supervision services, including but not limited to:
• Technical supervision during the design phase
• Supervision of construction works
• Monitoring compliance with contractual, technical, safety, and quality requirements
• Verification of works execution in accordance with approved designs and applicable standards

Key Technical Elements
The supervised works include the construction of 19 tunnels, as follows:
• 13 bidirectional tunnels, with lengths ranging from 110 m to 500 m
• 6 unidirectional tunnels, with lengths between 100 m and 380 m
These tunnels are integral components of the motorway alignment within Lot 2A.
