Skanska has signed a contract with the Norwegian Road Administration (Statens vegvesen) to renovate the of 2.2 km-long twin tube Granfoss tunnel on ringroad 3 in Oslo and Baerum, Norway. The contract is worth EUR60.59 million. The project also includes construction of a concrete cover over an open area to reduce noise and establish new land for housing. Work is expected to begin in mid-October 2015 and will be completed in September 2017.
