Prior information notice to provide information on a planned project in Bergen for the development of a light rail, road, and cycle path from the centre of Bergen to Asane/Vagsbotn. This is an invitation to a market meeting to be held in Bergen on the 10/03/2022 from 11:00-16:00 for the Light Rail, construction stage 5. The location will be given upon registration, by sending an email to Trude Paulsen  trude.paulsen@vlfk.no by 01/03/2022.  

The fifth construction stage runs 12.8km with 14 stops from the city centre through Asane to Vagsbotn, together with a 12.7km continual cycle route and an 2.5 km extension of the Floyfjell tunnel to Eidsvag. II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

This prior information notice is for the engineering design services for and construction of construction stage 5. The fifth construction stage runs from the city centre through Åsane to Vågsbotn, together with a continual cycle route and an extension of the Fløyfjell tunnel to Eidsvåg. The light rail route from Kaigaten in the city centre to Vågsbotn in Åsane is 12.8 km long and has 14 stops. The cycle route from Kaigaten to Vågsbotn is approx. 12.7 km long. The extension of the Fløyfjell tunnel is approx. 2.5 km, so that the total length of the Fløyfjell tunnel will be approx. 5.3 km. The work includes, amongst other things, ground work, tunnel work, demolition work, concrete work, securing work, water and sewage work, electrical work, signalling installations, and track work.
