Implenia secured the K2-D contract for tunnel and ground works on Skoyen - Vækero, which is part of Fornebubanen, a major subway tunnelling project in Oslo (Norway). The EUR 113.75 million (NOK 1.3 bn) contract includes the Skoyen subway station and 1.2 km of tunnelling below a heavily urbanised area and an escape tunnel (Bestum). Works on project K2-D Skoyen – Vækero will start later this year. The project is scheduled to be completed in 2025.
