Scope of Works

Open tender for the maintenance of road tunnels in Nordland County for the period 2026–2028. The contract covers execution-based maintenance works ordered as required during the contract period, under a unit price contract framework. The contracting authority notes that there may be periods with no activity during the contract duration, and that quantities indicated in the tender documents are indicative only and may be adjusted without entitlement to additional remuneration.

Tunnel Details

The works primarily concern existing tunnels and include, but are not limited to:

• Water ingress and frost protection measures
• Fire protection works
• Application of PE foam
• Shotcrete works
• Installation and assembly of rock bolts and related fixings

Contract Value

Estimated value:
NOK 60 million (approximately EUR 5.08 million), excluding VAT

Maximum framework value:
NOK 60 million, excluding VAT

Duration

Contract period:
From 31 March 2026 to 31 December 2028
