Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation (UPMRC) has awarded the INR7.69 bn contract to M/s Gulermak-Sam India Kanpur Metro Joint Ventures for the design and construction of a tunnel, including 4 underground metro stations Chunniganj, Naveen Market, Bada Chauraha and Nayagan and ramp for the Corridor 1 (Red line) of Kanpur MRTS Project. The contract includes Architectural finishes, E&M, Tunnel Ventilation System (TVS), Environmental Control System (ECS) etc. on Corridor-1 of Kanpur MRTS Project.
