Invitation to market dialogue to inform and solicit feedback from market actors on the procurement procedure to be launched in late December regarding the conduct of soil and bedrock surveys for the Airport Line, a new planned 25-km-long rail connection- 24 km of which will be in a tunnel -  from Pasila to Kerava via Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. The new connection separates from the Finnish main line in Pasila and runs through the airport to Jäspillä, south of Kerava, where it rejoins the main line. The Airport Line will create direct long-distance train connections to the airport and enable faster train connections to the airport than currently available, as well as adding more track capacity to the congested Pasila–Kerava route.

The market dialogue will be implemented by organizing a market information holiday for bidders interested in the project and organized via Microsoft Teams on November 27, 2025, from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The event will be followed by an electronic survey, approximately November 27 -December 4, 2025. The purpose of the survey is to obtain feedback on the upcoming project and the procurement procedure.
