Chile's public works ministry (MOP) postponed to 31.01.2013 the tender call for the concession of the EUR1.3 billion (US$1.9 billion) Americo Vespucio Oriente (AVO) in Santiago. The two three-lane tunnels stretching 13 km will link Grecia Avenue in the south and El Salto Avenue in the north in the eastern part of Santiago, completing the city's beltway.
