The awarding procedure for the open invitation to tender for
design and construction of the 4.46 km Struma Motorway section, from km 366 +
000 to Km 370 + 460, 2 km of which is a
tunnel near Jeleznitza village (Lot 3.1) has been discontinued. Struma motorway
will connect Pernik, about 20 km south west from Sophia to the Greek border.
