Eastern Section - At the beginning of December TBM Anna after 1296 m and 858 rings installed as part of the left tunnel behind Kondratowicza C20 broke through to the C19 Zacisze station. TBM Anna had already tunneled 2223/2878 m of the eastern section. TBM Anna has a final drive for the last section towards the Trocka station.
By the 6th of December TBM Maria, had so far tunneled 2239m and 2908m, and has now been restarted for the drive towards Trocka station. This is the last section that connects the C19 Zacisze station with the line in operation. TBM Maria broke through to the C19 Zacisze station in October. Once the TBM reaches Trocka station it will remain idle there until the beginning of January 2021.
Western Section - TBM Elisabetta has now started driving its last section between C05 Ulrychow station and the extraction shaft at the holding tracks of the C06 Ksiaze Janusza/ Prince Janusz station. It has tunneled almost 1000/1367 m since it began its journey.
Finally TBM Krystyna reached the C06 Ksiaze Janusza/ Prince Janusz station completing the Western section between C06 Ksiaze Janusza/ Prince Janusz and C4 di Powstancow Sląskich stations.
