Deo Ca Pass tunnel construction is starting around now for completion mid-2016. The new 13.4 km road, from Hoa Xuan Nam village in Dong Hoa district to Van Tho village in Van Ninh District, includes the two bi-tube tunnels Ca Pass (3.9 km) and Co Ma (500 m).
