Deo Ca Pass tunnel in Central Vietnam moves forwardThe twin tube Deo Ca Pass highway tunnel will have a total length of 5.45 km. Phu Yen and Khanh Hoa provincial administrations are supervising preparation of the construction site, ground clearance, supply of services and allocation of land for temporary housing ready for a project start in October, 2010. The EUR371 million project is fully funded by loans from Societe Generale and Calyon banks in France and a bond issue arranged by Goldman Sachs.
