The JV FCC Industrial and Infraestructuras Energeticas (95 %), Portillo Seguridad (2,5 %) and Portillo Telecomunicaciones (2,5 %) secured the EUR5.74 million contract, excluding VAT, for the design and construction of additional works for civil protection and safety in the high speed railway tunnels, of the Barcelona-Figueres line. The main tunnels are Sants-La Sagrera (5,8 km), Sant Andreu (1,4 km), Montcada i Reixac (3,9 km), Montmelo (1,3 km), Girona (3,6 km), Sarria de Ter (3,1 km), Les Cavorques (2,9 km) and Figueres (1,7 km).
