The Land Transport Authority (LTA) has awarded to:
- China Communications Construction Company Limited (Singapore Branch) the SGD447 million contract (CR205) for the design and construction of the King Albert Park interchange station, located along Blackmore Drive off Bukit Timah Road, under the Cross Island Line (CRL) Phase 2 project in Singapore.
- China Communications Construction Company Limited (Singapore Branch) - Sinohydro Corporation Limited (Singapore Branch) Joint Venture the SGD514 million contract (CR208) for the design and construction of Clementi station - adjacent to the junction of Commonwealth Avenue West and Clementi Avenue 4 - under the Cross Island Line (CRL) Phase 2 project in Singapore.
Construction works for the CRL King Albert Park and Clementi stations are expected to start in the first quarter of 2024 and passenger service for CRL Phase 2 is targeted to commence in 2032. Visit https://www.gebiz.gov.sg/ and https://www.lta.gov.sg/. 49/23.
