Negotiated invitation to tender, deadline 01/09/2021, for the PPP Contract on design and engineering, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of the E10/Rv85 Tjeldsund-Gullesfjordbotn-Langvassbukt (Halogaland Road/Halogalandsvegen) project.
