Competitive procedure with negotiation, deadline 05/08/2020,
for Services Connected to the SCADA System for tunnels that are controlled from
the Road Traffic Centre in central Norway. The SCADA system is based on WinCC
OA and uses the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's standard process
interface. The services include the implementation of new projects in WinCC OA
as well as maintenance and development of the system. There is also an option
to expand the contract to the Road Traffic Centre in southern Norway from 2023.
