Le présent marché public a pour objet la réalisation des travaux relatifs à la finalisation des équipements technologiques et mécaniques de l’espace visiteurs construit sur le chantier TELT « La Maddalena » sur la commune de Chiomonte (Turin).
Le présent marché public est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire qui donne lieu à l’émission de bons de commande en application des articles R.2162-1 à R.2162-6 et R.2162-13 à R.2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique.
Le présent accord-cadre est conclu sans minimum mais avec un montant maximal de 5 349 000 € sur la durée totale du marché.
