The Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) is implementing GMLR Project for providing a connectivity of the Eastern Express Highway and Western Express highway to relieve the traffic congestion in Mumbai. The twin tunnel will be 4.7 km long and 3+3 lanes. It will be built by TBM.
