Cowi A/S from Kongens Lyngby and Ove Arup Danmark & Partners A/S from Copenhagen have secured the EUR 20.15 million contract (DKK50 million), excluding VAT, for the technical preliminary design of the Eastern Ring Road/Østlig Ringvej in Copenhagen, including a submerged tunnel in the harbour and E&M equipment. The Ring Road will connect the Helsingør motorway in the north with the Øresund motorway in the south. The Fehmarnbelt connection tunnel element factory near Rødb could be reused.
