The aim of the construction is a comprehensive reconstruction of the double-track section of the line at km 171,708-178,754. Part of the construction is the reconstruction of the Adamov stop.

The purpose of the construction is to eliminate line speed dips, increase traffic safety, ensure reliable operation, ensure barrier-free access for people with limited mobility and orientation, improve the technical condition of the track, ensure interoperability parameters and ensure compliance with applicable legislation.

The "Adamov-Blansko, BC" construction is a line construction, which is spread over the section of the first transit railway corridor between the Adamov (km km 7.7.708) and Blansko (km 178.754) transport stations, with a total length of 7,046 km.

The subject of the construction is both completely new buildings (new island platform with accesses, including modification of the directional line of both tracks and related construction modifications at Adam's stop, noise walls, retaining and door frame walls), as well as modifications of existing buildings (railway superstructure, bottom, platform , bridge objects, walls, tunnels, rock slopes, traction lines, electrical and lighting distributions, road modifications, network relocations). Reconstructions of tunnels are especially crucial, of which the decisive volume of work falls on tunnels 8/1 and 8/2.

Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures:

The condition for submitting a proposal to the Office is the submission of objections to the Contracting Authority, which must be delivered within 15 days from the day when the complainant learned of the alleged violation of the law by the Contracting Authority, but no later than the conclusion of the contract or for completed.

Objections to acts notified in documents which the Contracting Authority is obliged by law to publish or send to the complainant must be delivered to the Contracting Authority within 15 days of their publication or delivery to the complainant.

If a deadline is set in the procurement procedure for the submission of requests to participate, objections to the conditions relating to the qualification of the supplier must be delivered to the Contracting Authority no later than the end of this period.

If a deadline for submission of tenders is set in the tender procedure, objections to the tender documentation must be delivered to the Contracting Authority no later than the end of this period, in the case of a negotiated procedure with publication

Objections to the voluntary notification of the intention to conclude a contract pursuant to Section 212 (2) of the Act must be delivered to the Contracting Authority within 30 days of the publication of this notification.

The contracting authority is obliged to settle the objections within 15 days. The proposal must be delivered to the Office and the Contracting Authority within 10 days from the day on which the complainant received the decision by which the Contracting Authority rejected the objections or within 25 days from the dispatch of the objections, unless the Contracting Authority decided on the objections.

After the conclusion of a public contract or framework agreement, only a proposal to impose a ban on the performance of the contract may be submitted, even without prior submission of objections. The petitioner shall deliver the proposal to impose a ban on performance of the contract to the Contracting Authority in a duplicate within 1 month from the day when the Contracting Authority published a contract notice in accordance with Section 212 (2) of the Act notices or invitations to tender in a simplified sub-threshold procedure, but no later than 6 months from the conclusion of this contract. Proposal for imposing a ban on performance of the contract pursuant to § 254 paragraph 1 letter d) of the Act shall be delivered by the petitioner to the Office and in a duplicate to the Contracting Authority within 1 month from the day when the Contracting Authority published a notice of conclusion of the contract based on a framework agreement pursuant to Section 137 of the Act or from the conclusion of this contract.

Within the deadline for delivery of the proposal, the proposer is obliged to deposit a deposit of 1% of the tender price of the proposer for the entire period of performance of the public contract or for the first four years of performance in the case of contracts for an indefinite period, but not less than CZK 50,000. in the amount of CZK 10,000,000. In the event that the proposer cannot determine the total bid price, he is obliged to pay a deposit of CZK 100,000. In the case of a proposal to impose a ban on performance of the contract, the proposer is obliged to pay a deposit of CZK 200,000. In the case of a procedure for review of the procedure for awarding concessions, the tenderer is obliged to deposit a deposit of 1% of the estimated value of the concession published in the Public Procurement Bulletin or on the Contracting Authority's profile, but at least in the amount of CZK 50,000. , up to a maximum of CZK 10,000,000. In the event that the Contracting Authority does not publish the expected value of the concession in the Public Procurement Bulletin or on the Contracting Authority's profile, the proposer is obliged to pay a deposit of CZK 100,000. In the case of a proposal to impose a ban on the performance of the concession contract, the proposer is obliged to pay a deposit of CZK 200,000.
