Belgian contractor Denys has been awarded the Lot 3 contract, value EUR12,494,183 excluding VAT, for the 1.6 km-long tunnelled crossing of the Albert and Meuse canal for the 170 km-long gas pipeline from Opwijk to Raeren. A consortium THV Denys-Bonatti also picked up the Lot 1 contract for construction of 83 km of pipeline from Opwijk to Landen, worth EUR70 million.
