GVK Deoli Kota Expressway Private Ltd (GDKEPL) is developing an 83 km-long four lane road project from km 165 to Junction of NH-76 on Kota Bypass of the Deoli-Kota Section of NH-12 in Rajasthan, India. The project is part of the National Highways Development Project (Phase III) on a BOT (build, operate and transfer) basis in a DBFOT (design, build, finance, operate and transfer) pattern. The project is part of National Highway-12 (Jabalpur-Bhopal-Jhalawar-Kota-Bundi-Deoli-Tonk-Jaipur) which is an important link connecting Central India to Northern India.

The Deoli-Kota section includes a 1.2 km-long twin tube tunnel, whose construction is completed. Systemair India is delivering twenty jet fans Model AJ1000TR in April, 2014. These are high temperature rated and can work at up to 250 degree C for two hours.
