PPS offers a proven, highly reliable service and we constantly work on delivering our customers a unique and overall support experience. Generally, project-based work requires a fast and secure way to get in touch with project participants at any time.
With this in mind, we welcome you to our new Service and Support platform, PPS-Soul!
A social software application being run on our own servers located in our offices now enables us to provide a service level unique to the industry. As a registered user you can: share files and data such as technical project files, data base exports for backups or independent checks by PPS, directly with the PPS Support team or any other registered project member; video chat with the responsible project engineers via our social server application or using private messaging functions; and create and manage projects, topics, tasks and events.
All of the shared data and communication is 2,048-bit encrypted and, of course, subject to high German data security standards and guidelines.
Just send us an e-mail request for registration, and profit from lower communication efforts and data traffic, shorter communication routes, and highly secure communication and data exchange. Altogether, you can ensure best support for yourself and your project, and envision new ways of working together. And all of that free of charge!
