The exhibiting companies and those that make up the Promotion Committee are working in the underground field in Italy and abroad with their innovative solutions. For example: Spea Ingegneria Europea, Rocksoil, Ghella and Palmieri have been involved in the enlargement of Monte Domini tunnel on  the A14 motorway on the Ancona north to Ancona south section, without stopping traffic.

Palmieri also designed and built an innovative moving system based on air cushion technology for the turnaround of the Martina TBM involved in the construction of Sparvo tunnel on the Variante di Valico.
