EuroTAP reports on road tunnels

The 13^th European tunnel assessment programme reports that safety in the top 10 tunnels is improving. Large-scale construction is ongoing to ensure that European tunnels comply with the 2004 directive to make all tunnels safe by 2019. More from www.euractiv.com. 42/12.
