The largest parts of the EPB TBM built by NFM in France have arrived by ship in Porto Empedocle, in the province of Agrigento. The 15 m-diameter EPB, with an overall length of 115 m, will drive the 8 km-long Caltanissetta tunnel on the new SS 640.
